| Mystery Shooper OBJECTIVE: Our client is interested in receiving detailed observations regarding your overall experience while conducting your gas station shop. Key areas to focus and report on are forecourt, a menities, gas pumps, exterior and interior of the shop, and restroom. You will also need to report on the level of customer service provided by the attendants and how many other customers were present during your shop. In order to receive reimbursement for your purchases you must provid e a receipt. If you are not offered a receipt for your fuel or shop purchase you are required to ask the staff member to provide you with receipts. | |
