Previous culinary management experience in multiple outlet Hotel/Resort.
Proven sucessin all aspects of culinary production and service.
Effective in implementing policies & procedures, fostering team work and menu planning.
Highly effective in maintaining of sanition and safety standards throughout the kitchen and storage areas.
The sucessful candidate must possess a recognised certificate of Culinary/Management education.
Fluent in multiple languages a plus!
