Graphic Designer (m/f) Qualifications: Our design needs include print production (magazines, newspaper, brochures, flyer,...) editorial layout/design, marketing material creation, mock-ups, web site maintenance, and micro site development for various clients. • Proficiency on MAC in Quark 5 or above & the latest versions of Illustrator and Photoshop. In design optional * Program knowledge and proficiency: * Quark (QuarkExpress) * Adobe Illustrator * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe In Design * Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) * Macromedia Dreamweaver * Macromedia FLASH * HTML Additional program knowledge and proficiency a plus, but not required Flash Fireworks * Must have good communication skills and email savvy * Exceptional ability to apply and perform graphic design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography, concept ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing and scale, visual presentation development and layout and is supported by a great portfolio creative art and graphic design * Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to inspire, involve and mentor others within a work group * Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes * Ability to meet deadlines and work the flexible hours associated with the demand.
